Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes

Cupcakes are the best... seriously. That's why I've been making cupcakes non-stop since the new year. I started out simple: just vanilla or chocolate with store bought frosting. I enjoyed making them so much that I bought a hand mixer and started making everything from scratch, as well as my own frosting! Making baked goods from scratch is so satisfying for some reason. 

Anyway, since it was St. Patrick's Day, I decided to make Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes.

buttercream frosting with Bailey's+
